ERES Capital is preparing to launch a significant $75 million equity fund, aiming for a total capitalization of $250 million.
The newly established fund, named ERES Real Estate Fund LP, will focus on the acquisition and development of hospitality, multifamily, and industrial properties specifically in the western and southeastern regions of the United States.

ERES serves as the investment and development branch of ERES Companies, a Sarasota-based real estate firm.
Previous projects from this division include the Even Hotel Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport and the Yellowstone Landing Apartments located in Belgrade, Montana.
Furthermore, ongoing developments and acquisitions include the Hampton Inn & Suites in Belgrade and the Tempo by Hilton in Fort Myers, highlighting the firm’s commitment to expanding its portfolio.
