BRADENTON, Fla. –
A teacher is facing criminal charges after deputies in Manatee County report that she engaged in inappropriate contact with a 14-year-old student, including sending him an explicit photo.
The backstory:
The investigation initiated in early March when a school resource deputy at Carlos E. Haile Middle School discovered that 28-year-old Oliver Fell had been communicating with the student via Snapchat since December 2024.
Reports suggest that Fell sent an explicit image to the student on January 2, 2025. Subsequent evidence collected between March and May indicated further lewd conduct involving the teenager.
