Longevity Clinic to Introduce Franchise Initiative in Sarasota

A leading wellness clinic, Anderson Longevity Clinic, which specializes in longevity, has embarked on franchising after more than a decade of operation in Jacksonville. Its inaugural franchisees are set to launch a location in the Sarasota-Manatee area.

Founded in 2013 by Dr. Brian D. Anderson in a gym’s back corner, the clinic began as a personalized care initiative aimed at promoting longer, healthier lives. By 2016, it evolved into a brick-and-mortar establishment in Jacksonville and has expanded significantly since.

Currently, there are six locations of Anderson Longevity Clinic, including two in Jacksonville, and one each in Davie, Winter Park, Carmel, Indiana, and Johnston, Rhode Island. The organization initiated a nationwide franchising program in June.

The first Sarasota area franchise, scheduled to open in February 2026, will be situated near Lakewood Ranch. While details about the franchisees remain confidential, a spokesperson mentioned that they are experienced owner-operators within the longevity medicine sector.

Services at Anderson Longevity Clinic include hormone optimization therapy, advanced diagnostics, injury recovery injections, aesthetic medicine, and tailored treatment protocols. The clinics operate on a cash basis and typically require three to four staff members.

Franchise opportunities are available for both medical professionals and entrepreneurs who possess a net worth of at least $350,000 and liquid assets of $120,000 minimum. The estimated initial investment for an Anderson Longevity Clinic ranges from $200,000 to $300,000, with potential revenue varying from six to seven figures. For instance, the Jacksonville clinic that began in 2013 reported $3.7 million in revenue last year, while the Rhode Island clinic, which opened in 2021, made $2.9 million. The newer Indiana location posted approximately $526,000 in revenue in its first operational year.
