BRADENTON, Fla. – The Bradenton Police Department is currently investigating a homicide following a shooting incident that claimed a life in a local neighborhood.

Officers responded to reports of gunfire shortly before 11:30 p.m. on Monday in the 400 block of 11th Ave. E. Upon arrival, police discovered the victim outside a residence. Unfortunately, the individual succumbed to their injuries and was pronounced dead after being transported to the hospital early Tuesday.
