[ad_1]

First Watch, the east Manatee County-based daytime dining company, has expanded its reach and is now present in 32 states, following the opening of its first location in Nevada on September 15.

The new restaurant in North Las Vegas spans 4,400 square feet and can accommodate over 200 guests. Located on East Craig Road, it boasts a covered patio, an indoor bar, and a modern dining area.

“We’re excited to become part of such a great community in North Las Vegas and share our fresh approach to breakfast, brunch and lunch,” said Mike Lee, Regional Vice President of First Watch. Operating hours for the Las Vegas location are from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.

This entry into the Silver State aligns with First Watch’s national expansion strategy. The company aims to operate 2,200 restaurants, targeting a growth rate of 10% annually. In August, it reached the significant milestone of opening its 600th restaurant and is currently opening approximately one restaurant each week.

The recent launch of a First Watch in Idaho marked the company’s 31st state, while the January opening of a restaurant in Massachusetts brought its total to 30 states.

On a local level, First Watch employs nearly 500 individuals across Manatee and Sarasota counties, with nine locations and its headquarters situated in the UTC area off Cooper Creek Boulevard at 8725 Pendery Place.

In 2024, First Watch achieved nearly $1.02 billion in revenue. It reported $307.9 million in revenue for the second quarter and anticipates approximately 20% total revenue growth for 2025.
