– HUD approves Action Plan and Financial Certifications.
Late Fall to Early Winter 2025
– HUD delivers Grant Agreement, which proceeds to the Board of County Commissioners.
Early 2026
– Lasting Manatee begins application processes for aid and infrastructure projects.

Manatee County has received $252,711,000 in CDBG-DR funds due to damages from hurricanes Debby, Helene, and Milton.
These funds aim to:
- Rebuild disaster-affected areas for long-term recovery.
