The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reported that Troopers responded to an incident at the South Fishing Pier of the Skyway Bridge around 4:20 a.m. on Tuesday. Upon arrival, they discovered a 41-year-old man deceased in a parked Chevrolet SUV.
