Escape Resort & Marina on Casey Key has been acquired by a Wisconsin-based company for $8.63 million.

Located at 212 Casey Key Road, this waterfront resort features 14 condo-sized suites, townhouses, and villas. Each accommodation is equipped with a full kitchen and either a private patio or balcony. The property spans approximately an acre and boasts direct Intracoastal access, Gulf access, and deeded beach frontage.

Amenities include a waterfront clubhouse and a 14-slip marina on-site.

Angelia D. Young from Sarasota’s A. Young Realty Group noted that the property was marketed nationally, generating significant interest from hospitality and waterfront investors.

The buyer is an LLC named Miller Southwest, located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The address of this LLC aligns with Frontida Management, a company known for managing elder care facilities.

Crystal and Steve Miller are identified as the managers of Miller Southwest, and Frontida’s website indicates that it was established by the Millers.

Crystal Miller, based on her LinkedIn profile, is expected to implement strong operational practices at Escape Resort & Marina as its new owner.

According to her profile, Miller, who serves as CEO of the company, specializes in senior living, known as a ‘fixer’ who brings order to chaotic situations while enhancing profitability through robust systems and a steadfast commitment to teamwork and culture.
