TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced several significant appointments to the State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota District Board of Trustees.
Jennifer Infanti
Jennifer Infanti, the Founder and Treasurer of Holiday House of SRQ, has been appointed to the board. Alongside her role at Holiday House, she serves on the Early Learning Coalition of Sarasota County, the Education Foundation of Sarasota County Board of Directors, and is part of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation Leadership Institute. Infanti holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and education, as well as a master’s degree in business management from the University of Florida.
Taylor Collins
Taylor Collins, who was reappointed, is the President of Professional Benefits, Inc. She is actively involved in the community, being a member of both the Argus Foundation and Leadership Florida. Previously, she was part of the Junior League of Sarasota County. Collins earned her bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance from Florida State University.
Michael Fuller
Also reappointed is Michael Fuller, Owner and Managing Partner of Weichel Fuller Financial, LLC. He is engaged in the community as a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Fuller completed his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Georgia.
Mark Goodson
Reappointed to the board is Mark Goodson, who is currently retired after serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Goodson Electric, Inc. He remains active in community service as the Vice Chair for the Manatee Memorial Hospital Board of Governors and has previously chaired Meals on Wheels. Goodson graduated from the University of Florida with his bachelor’s degree.
These appointments will require confirmation by the Florida Senate.
