SARASOTA, Fla. – A man tragically drowned near the 9000 block of Blind Pass Rd. in Sarasota on Saturday morning, as reported by the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.
Emergency responders from the Sarasota County Fire Department, assisted by deputies, attempted to provide aid, but unfortunately, the victim did not survive.
The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Section is conducting an active investigation into this incident.
The identity of the victim has not yet been disclosed.
