The Infrastructure and Public Facilities Program allocates $57 million to repair, replace, and improve public infrastructure, focusing on mitigating future disaster risks and addressing urgent community needs.

Out of this total, $27.2 million is designated specifically for mitigation projects that aim to enhance community resilience against future disasters.

Simultaneously, the Dredging of Major Waterways Program offers $30 million to tackle critical infrastructure needs by improving flood mitigation efforts, water flow, and overall community resilience.

Eligible projects may target rivers, bays, creeks, or canals that carry stormwater drainage over extensive areas or maintain a continuous flow.

These initiatives are designed to meet the remaining recovery needs following the 2024 storms Debby, Helene, and Milton. The application window remains open until October 17, 2025.
