New Venice Medical Office Building Announcement
Construction is officially set to begin on the new Venice Medical Suites on July 24.
This three-story facility encompasses 13,857 square feet and is located at 2990 Executive Drive, conveniently situated near Interstate 75 and Jacaranda Boulevard.
The project is spearheaded by Stanley Dean, an 86-year-old local businessman and insurance agent.
Dean acquired the property in 2008 for $840,500.
Upon completion, the building will offer medical suites ranging from 1,620 to 4,619 square feet, with an entire floor also available for lease.
Leasing is being managed by Loyd Robbins from the Sarasota commercial real estate firm Loyd Robbins & Co.
